Another Year, Another Run through Glen Ridge for the Ashenfelter 8K Classic

The Ashenfelter 8K Classic is a race around Glen Ridge named in honor of Horace Ashenfelter, a Glen Ridge resident (and father of our own Jim Ashenfelter), who in 1952 won an Olympic Gold medal for the 3,000 meter steeplechase.

It’s on Thanksgiving so entering the race is a good excuse to get out of the prep work and a great excuse to have extra dessert later!

We’ll be there at the race, cheering on the runners.  Hope to see you!
