William Thomas McDonough Jr.

W. Thomas McDonough, Jr., the newest partner of the firm, heads up the firm's litigation department.  Tom has been engaged in all aspects of litigation practice in the Montclair, New Jersey area since 1990.  He has appeared before New Jersey courts at all levels, including both the Appellate and Trial divisions of the Superior Court, as well as municipal courts throughout suburban New Jersey .  Tom has broad experience in all areas of the practice of family law, including divorce, business valuations, custody and visitation, child support, alimony and equitable distribution.  In addition, he can assist clients in all aspects of litigation, both personal as well as business law disputes.

Tom is a graduate of the University of Delaware and Fordham University School of Law.
